Pacquiao offers the Horn fight to Marawi siege victims, lifting morale - AFP

The Philippine Army has a free watch for soldiers and their families on Sunday, July 2.

It is in support of Sen. Manny Pacquiao in the fight against Australian boxer Jeff Horn in Brisbane.

Free viewing will be made at the Army Gym and Army Officers Club at the Philippine Army Headquarters in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

According to Philippine Army spokesperson Lt. Col Ray Tiongson, they feel strongly that Pacman can win this fight.

He said the morale of the soldiers especially the heroes in Marawi, the Pacquiao's offer to them in his fight.

Tiongson said that winning or losing, they will support the Pinoy ring icon.

Manny is a Philippine Army reservist with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

It first entered the Army reserve force as a sergeant in April 2006.

"We expect him to be victorious in his fight; we are solid for the champ. He dedicated his fight for our heroes fighting the Maute-ISIS terrorist in Marawi, it boosts our soldiers’ morale. Win or lose we will support Manny," Tiongson said.
